WANTED: HUNGRY FIREFIGHTERS!  Win $500 for your fire department at the Franklin Sussex Auto Mall’s 1st Annual Rib Eating Contest!  On Saturday, May 14, 2011, at 1pm, sixteen firefighters will battle to see who can eat a full rack of ribs the fastest. These ribs are gooooood…smoked and donated by Eric at the Double S Diner The winner not only gets $500 for their house, they also receive tickets to our Rock, Ribs and Ridges Festival in June, $50 gift certificate to the Double S Diner, and most importantly…BRAGGING RIGHTS!  To sign up call me, Kelly, at 973-875-3188.

During the event we have our famous all-you-can-free BBQ, WSUS broadcasting onsite with give-aways, games and prizes, and our special guests…Citizen’s Band Radio, will play us some great southern rock!  Citizen’s Band Radio has performed with The Charlie Daniels Band, Asleep at the Wheel, Molly Hatchet, Blackfoot, The Outlaws, Jimmy VanZant, Blackberry Smoke, John Byrne, and The Ghost Riders.  They sold out the historic Bound Brook Theatre..over 700 tickets! CBR has been put in regular rotation on Sirius XM Radio, so this is your chance to meet them!
